XGO is the discounter among the companies of the Rimor group. In Europe (except for Italy), they're distributed exclusively via the german importer and dealer Palmowski/Palmo. They're adressing the very price-conscious customers, as for example young families who want to spend their holiday in a recreational vehicle once or twice a year. For all uses beyond that purpose, you would have to accept a little lesser quality and service. For Rimor dealers do not accept XGO vehicles for service. Every repair, every leak test, can only be performed by Palmowski in Bielefeld or Magdeburg. That's not necessarily bad, but it restricts your possibilities to limitless and jaunty travelling.
